ISTORE KOLLONNADE

Good day! I am very upset by the way i was treated yesterday at the Istore in Kollonnade! I wanted to buy my daughter a Iphone for her 18th birthday in May 2024. So i went to Istore in Menlyn! The staff there is exelent! After getting all the documents they needed in the Istore Menlyn whe went on with the proses! Telkom was offline then and i wanted the contract to be with Telkom! So i came back home and whent again the following day back! It was the same it was still offline! So the lady recomended i try to see if vodacom will accept me and they did but i had to pay a lot of money up front Then i told them i have to cancel it i dont have that amount! So she told me i have to wait 30 days for the application to cancel so i did! And in the mean time a new Istore opened in Kollonade near my house! So i was there yesterday to go and do the hole proces again! The lady that helped me asked me for bank statements and a proof of resedense! So all of the paper work that i have used at Menlyn Istore that they accepted i just emailed it too them! Then the lady told met she wants a 6 month bank statement and not a 5 month statement! Ok so i told her on my bank app i couldnt do a 6 month just 5 months! Then my proof of resedense that i gave Menlyn Istore that was right she diddnt accept! It was my statement of my garden service for every month with my name and proof of resedense! She still didnt accept! I told the MANAGER i dont have clothing accounts! She diddnt want to help me! I went to my bank i got her 7 months of bank statements with a bank approved stamp and proof of resedense with my name and proof of resedense of the bank! I went back to the Istore and showed her all of the paper work AND SHE STILL SAID IT WAS NOT RIGHT SHE CANT HELP ME WITH THAT PAPER WORK I CANT BUY MY DAUGHTER A PHONE! HER ATTITUDE WAS NOT WORTH A MANAGER AND SHE SURELY CANT WORK WITH CLIEENTS!!!!!! WHY AT MENLYN ISTORE THEY ACCEPTED ALL OF THE SAME PAPER WORK BANK STATEMENTS AND PROOF OF RESEDENCE?????? AND VODACOM ACCEPTED ME TO BUY A PHONE???????? IM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER AND WOULD NOT RECOMEND ISTORE KOLLONADE TO ANY ONE!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE GOING BACK TO ISTORE AT MENLYN TOMORROW AND HOPE FULLY I CAN GET MY DAUGTHER HER PHONE!!!!!
