iStore is tops!

Two weeks ago our Apple TV stopped working. It showed strange images and no information found on the internet could get it going.

Our last resort was to take it to our closest iStore, where they informed us that it needed to be sent to ICU. Assessment fee was R250. We paid this amount, whereafter I was updated regularly on the progress. Two days ago I received e-mail that we could pick up our unit from the store we handed it in.

It turned out that the old unit was on its last legs and we received a replacement unit free of charge. It is wonderful to know that there are still tech companies who care about their products and their customers.
