iStore Insure

I am very disgusted by the service I am receiving from iStore insure. It is quite pecu**** that I now have to pay an additional amount whereas I was advised to only pay R2950.00, after having been approved as per above. I have paid as per your e-mail and I should therefore be able to at least receive a voucher for the quoted amount and see how I pay for a new phone as it is clear that in order to get a new phone from you as it seems the goal posts keep being moved. I wish to state categorically that I simply do not have that additional amount as I did not anticipate neither the loss of my phone nor the excess that has now been increased in the space of a few days. As advised previously, I took your invoice at face value and I should be liable for that amount as it was compiled by you. I am not happy at all. Kindly assist urgently as you know phones are a huge part of our daily lives, not having a phone is a major setback.
