Istore insure

Good day Its a review for istore insure underwritters I bought a phone in 2021 november n i was told i should get insurance with istore insure i have been battling with this underwriter to finilize insurance for the i phone i bought i call every second day n iv sent all documents i leave messages with receptions n no email or call iv received... Yesterday i was promised my application for insurance was with the supervisor i will get a call in an hr up to today no call or email... I have prroof of calls n some of the emails i sent to them im very dissapointed n even now i just called n nobody is picking up the phone... N im frustrated because i bought their product but they cant help me
