Istore insurance with Admin plus *****

When I bought my cellphone from Istore in Sandton in April 2022 I was advised to take up their istore insure. I took up the insurance since istore advised and told me they are reputable. On the 15 Sep I had my cellphone ****** of which I claimed from the insurance (admin plus) and it was approved and I was requested to pay excess which I did on the 3 Oct 2022. Immediately after the payment of the excess the agents have now disappeared refusing to respond to mails of anything.
