iStore in violation of POPI Act!

I recently looked into upgrading through iStore, however, I cancelled the process and received a confirmation email to that effect. When then upgrading through MTN shortly after I was told that the request had not been cancelled and they had to do it for me before I could upgrade, which MTN kindly facilitated.

Last night I received a phone call from a man who had requested a contract through iStore. He had received my contract with all of my information along with his requested contract. This is a blatant violation of POPI. I immediately emailed the consultant and iStore (*** and ***) to find out what on earth was going on, But have had no response.

The contract had my personal details which they have now shared with some random man - who was thankfully kind enough to inform me of the egregious error. I want to know what iStore is going to do as they have violated my privacy!
