“iStore Ilanga Mall“ Very Poor Service and *********** staff

Istore Ilanga mall, for the first time I'm so disappointed in them, Their new staff member made a huge mistake by selecting a wrong iPhone model while upgrading my contract recently, I was told to go home and they'll sort out their mistake in no time, 4 days later I'm still waiting and what makes me more mad their management are not reaching out or update me, This was my 4th purchase with them and I thought they were the best because I never had issues before, I am really disappointed in them !!!
