iStore Ilanga Mall service is non existant.

Visited the Ilanga Mall Branch on 3 occasions now to upgrade my 2 of my devices. First Time, the Manager who has the Pin number was not available. Second Time, the ONLY person who deals with these queries was on lunch. Third Time, the only person who can assist is now on leave. Is there somebody out there who can assist.
