IStore head office and IStore pavilion disgusting service!!

Extremely disgusting service! I have had my IPhone XR and the wifi button greys out. I have been to the IStore pavilion to get this matter sorted. They don’t listen, couldn’t be bothered to rectify the problem. The phone us been sent to IStore head office twice and they sent it back saying theres nothing wrong, we sent the phone up with the tech guys in the store and they first hand Witnessed the same problem happen over and over again. But do they do something about it no they don’t.

I have requested a refund they say no, I have requested another phone they say now. I bought an 11500 Rand phone and they don’t care that it’s not working and head office will not take account accountability for this. They don’t answer there phones, they clearly have no time for us as customers. I have been fighting them for over 7 months and they couldn’t be bothered, this grey happened the first time we put the phone us and 7 months later they phone us not working.

I am extremely disappointed and beyond annoyed at this disgusted to have bought a phone cash that doesn’t work and the manufacturer will not refund me or rectify the problem.
