After multiple attempts of getting Apple to refund me money that they took out of my account and inconvenience me, it has been 14 working days and I have not yet received any fees or update as to that is happening to my refund, this is after you guys accepted responsibility and promised that I would get my money back with 7-10 working days till date NOTHING
