iStore - False advertising and no interest in supplying their products to the public.

iStore South Africa advertise " Upgrade your contact at the iStore on any Network" . Also, "Trade in your old iPhone" This is false advertising, I have been to the iStore 3 times over a period of 3 to 4 weeks at Ilanga Mall, Nelspruit. I have 2 iPhone contracts to upgrade and wanted to buy a new iMac. I was told they have no stock of any iPhones for MTN and that they have no stock of the iMac. They showed no interest in helping me get one of their products at all. The second time I went in a few weeks later. same story. I thought it was perhaps because the launch of the iPhone 12 was imminent. Again after the iPhone 12 launch, I was told they had no stock for MTN customers, neither could they sell me an iMac and showed very little interest except to say that they could put me on a waiting list that seemed to have no end. I was also told I could buy online. When trying to get the upgrade online, we were informed that they could not tell if there was stock of the iPhone 12, and that it depended on the store. MTN are also perhaps to blame as it seems that they do not support supplying iStores with Stock, but this seems ludicrous. Why should the Apple premium supplier in the world get their stock from MTN? I shall buy my new iMac from overseas and figure out another way to get iPhone 12 upgrades.
