Istore failure

I bought a new phone yesterday for R22000!!! It came with the phone not being able to charge and if it does charge it goes up 1% every 20 minutes.

I've been calling Istore all day to bring me a new phone obviously, and I'm told they will need to collect it and it can take 14 days to check the phone and I may not even get a new one even though I bought it yesterday hahahahahha.

Its actually laughable. R22000 down the drain and they still haven't come to collect it.
