Istore experiance

<p>After four weeks of trying to place a Telkom mobile order with the Istore in Sandton City, which includes keeping my current number with Telkom, the Istore can still not manage such a complicated task.</p> <p>After the initial information I was given by the Sandton City branch, I mailed their central sales office and it was confirmed that I can simply go back to the branch with all the relevant paperwork and complete the order. I was however informed that the two day vetting period I had been informed of was actually two weeks. Two and a half weeks later, I have been informed that the deal is not available with Telkom, despite being informed by the central sales office that it is.</p> <p>I can only assume by a failure to actually speak to anyone with some type of authority that no such person exists in the company. It looks like I will simply have to purchase these two phones elsewhere.</p>
