Please I need your intervention,

As an Apple customer I’ve subscribed for space/storage service on my phone which cost me R14.99 every month using my debit card, However, Apple used the same debit card details for another transaction that cost the amount of R2099.00. I contacted my bank and report the ***** and the funds were reversed back in to my account, a day after the reversal Apple went back into my account and debit the same amount again, this is *****.

I did not authorise the above mention transaction and I need my money back, according to my understanding for each and every online purchase transaction customers must always receive an OTP to authorise the transaction regardless the fact that the merchant already have customer’s card details otherwise the transaction is *****.

We are leaving in COVID time and I can not afford to flush R2099. 00 down the drain. This is the money for my kids school fees and what ever Apple is selling to me I do not afford.

I want my money back.
