Istore Eastgate worst service ever!!!

Made a booking for a repair at 10:00. After phone as been booked in we were told that it will take the whole day, but when we made the booking we were told it wil take about 2 hours. When we told them but that was not the arrangement when we made the booking they told me “well that is how it is”. Thanks istore Eastgate your service could not be worse
