Istore Eastgate-Uselss Staff and Useless Manager

It all started on Saturday the 14th of March when I went to the Istore. There I was faced with unorganized chaos. After being ignored for about 10 minutes I was finally served by one lady. I advised her I was looking at a new MTN contract but wanted to trade in my Iphone 5 at the same time. I did not have my personal info with me as I was just enquiring but she took down my name and number and advised she would reserve a phone for me, for when I came back during the week to do the new contract. She then informed me to go stand in the Service queue for the trade in....After standing in that queue the guy started the trade in and then asked me if I had my cables everything with me to which I advised I did not...and he then advised me he could not do the trade in...when I asked her as to why she sent me to do that, she advised it was for me to get an estimate??<br> I left frustrated. I returned on Wednesday the 18th to be told in a joking manner by the staff that there were no MTN phones available?? My complaint carries on to a much further degree of unprofessional service. Unfortunately I have run out of characters.
