iStore EastGate is the WORST store in the entire mall!!!

I will no longer be using or recommend anyone to go NEAR iStore EastGate! They don't have f**cking savvy and don't give two ****s about helping a customer or any customer service at all! Really terrible service and it's like they want you to chase after them to fulfill any orders or contracts. I am a new iPhone user and recently made the switch. But this is honestly the worst I've ever received or dealt with. I really thought Telkom was bad but now I would rather work with them instead of the iStore.

Apple really needs to come review their stores not just in South Africa but world wide as I am sure I am not the only f**cking person who had to deal with this bull****.

I thought Apple was customer satisfaction driven, and as I have now experienced - They ARE NOT in EastGate Mall.
