Istore Eastgate bad service

The service I received at the Istore in Eastgate shopping center is unacceptable and appalling.Its been 3weeks now that I have been trying to apply for a contract phone but it's been a drag,and not even a simple application has been done yet because of the *********** staff that never gives me full information as to which documents they'll need in order to start the application process.Its so unfortunate that such a great product is met up with such bad service.I would never recommend anyone to this particular store!
