Istore Eastgate and Istore Insure

I've called istore insure on the 12th of December regarding my phone damage. They advise take the phone to istore Eastgate, we did that, then istore told me that I don't need to log any claims as they did so, Sello and Joshua at the store, only to find out after 7 days that the istore insure was waiting for the claim number. Most pathetic service I've ever received in my life. I need feedback ASAP I then logged the claim myself, and if I was told originally, I would have done this, so both istore insure and Eastgate branch don't know their process. eventually the repair was authorized and I paid my access and now still I don't have my phone. I am sick of this terrible behavior and I want my fixed phone today. Michaela Govender ***
