iStore Eastgate

I have been at the i Store in Eastgate for 3 weekends in a row to upgrade with Telkom and every time they phone me to tell me i can come in to the store to collect my phone they tel me i cant upgrade. Worst service received by Apple. The people wo helped me is Ninka Mabooza and Noluthando Linda. I wouldn’t suggest using this iSore. Alan Staal was now the thrid person to help me and wasn’t successful in completing the task. I have to now wait another week.
