iStore East Rand Mall = Disgusting Service / Phone Screen Damage

We took my boyfriends phone to the iStore in east rand mall to have a new screen protector installed,

When they called us to say the screen protector was on we noticed a scratch on the protector and mentioned that they must have scratched it during application when the guy tried to "remove" it he ended up scratching the screen protector even more,

We then complained to which his manager said they will supply us with a new one, they then removed the screen protector in store to "document" an exchange, to which we noticed they have scratched my boyfriends actual phone screen and not just the protector they had to replace.

We are beyond appalled at the service received at the iStore in east rand mall and for the iStore staff to damage his actual screen is beyond a joke.

It is now the 21.02.23 and I have contacted the iStore complaints Department numerous times since the 13th as the 12th was a Sunday and surprise surprise..... their customer service is as apalling as their in store service.

No one has assisted even in the slightest of ways and I keep getting an email asking what the issue is after explaining this multiple times.
