iSTore - do not need business

I contacted iStore to find out if they have an Apple watch series 5 available. Want to drive through from STellenbosch to Somerset Mall to buy one - but no they wont tell me it is in stock. A Black Friday rule. So guess what I am driving down to Incredible Connection in Stellenbosch and buying it there. A R1000 more expensive but less hassle with traffic and mostly iStore does not deserve my business. I am also wanting Airpods -so double sale lost. All i asked was do they have in stock!! I would have thought business is tough out there and more care must be taken not to lose the any business but obviously not.
