Istore customer service sucks

<p>My iPhone 6 128gb kept freezing took it to the istore gateway and they sent it off to the core group as it was still under warranty. Within a day I received my device back and was told that the issue was resolved and it was a software issue. I had a week left on my warranty. The device worked fine subsequent to that but on the day the warranty expired the issue has resurfaced so it is evident that it was not a software issue and it is a hardware issue and now have to be charged to get the device repaired. The customer service sucks at the store and you Wait in ques for an hour and they of no help to the consumer. </p>
