iStore Cresta POOR! In-store phone trade-in. Refund only received AFTER 2 weeks

iStore Cresta branch

This store owed me a R6500 refund for a phone we trade-in in-branch.

2 weeks later this was not paid to me yet.

I followed up and got the “backlog” excuse.

No penalties / interest refunded to me.

Just excuses and excuses…..

If I had not picked up in this …. Where would this money have disappeared to???

This has been a terrible experience.
