CR 93782 I am disappointed by the service that I am receiving in the Cresta store. I took my device for repair on the 07th of January 2026. To date, my phone is not fixed. I have been to the store several times. They don't communicate the progress. They only attend to my issue when I am at the store; the moment I leave the store, they forget about my device. I received two texts to come and collect the device, which is not fixed. Yesterday they logged a new CR, like it was booked in yesterday (27/01/2026). I've been patient with the whole process, but I am tired now. If they are not willing to help me, please bring back my phone. I will take it to another store.
