Istore Cresta

<p>26 June 2017</p> <p> </p> <p>The service and staff is a big problem at the istore at cresta </p> <p> </p> <p>When in there yesterday for help with a software problem on my Iphone 7 one my phone was working when in there they guy asuured me that he can fix my phone and it will cost R200 was there for more two hours he took my phone and place on his Mac then after that my phone didnt wanna go on and he was helping other people after I took out my laptop to try and do from mine he gave me software on a stick and still it did not work and he was helping alot of people left me there to struggle on my own after he was the one said he could fix my phone and by then my did not even switch on after he was busy with it when it came close to closing time they started packing up and then I told him my phone is still not working after he said he could fix it and he rather broke the phone then one of the other guy came and said yes it's not their problem if the phone has a software issue and it can't be fixed instore and he started screaming and shouting at me and the guy guy who was suppose to help told me that he never said he would fix it which was a lie they wanted me to sign a form to say I give them permission to fix the phone for more than R200 after he said it will be R200 the staff was realy not helpful and very very rude.. now my phone is ot working..</p> <p> </p> <p>i will advise no one to go to that istore in cresta.............</p> <p>Terrible Service </p> <p> </p>
