Istore & CourierIt pathetic service

I am very disappointed in Istore and CourieIt. In September a clear case that I bought in April was damaged. I wrote to them notifying them how come within 5 months it’s damaged? They said that there’s nothing they could do about that. I rep**** to them and said that’s very unfair when I have spent so much money on it. They said fine they will send the courier company to collect it. The courier company which CourierIt they were supposed to get the phone clear case at my workplace. However, they decided without arrangements that I should immediately come to the nearest Police Station as they were using a branded vehicle so they were afraid they might be high jacked because their other unbranded car is being serviced. I told them I can’t leave my workplace as there was no prior arrangement. They said they will come back again on another day when they are using the unbranded vehicle.

I wrote an email again notifying Istore about it. Instead the CourierIt company **** and said I was not available when it’s them who couldn’t come to my workplace.

Still since September I have been waiting on Istore and CourierIt to fix their mess. The two companies are giving a pathetic service.
