Repair for my laptop ordered on istore website Laptop picked up by RAM courier Got daily updates from CORE battery changed by CORE SERVICE CENTRE paid via EFT immediatly when invoice was sent - POP sent have not heard a word back in 48 hours ago No one not replying to my emails case number : RC455037
