The so called management collective of the istore in Clearwater mall are genuinely wasting branch resources. All they do is sit in the concealed room behind the sales desk and attend to NO customer queries (whether in person or via the hotline). One of the managers **** about processing my online purchase refund, it has been more than 14 business working and still nothing. Head office really needs to consider doing some form of quality review as the guys wearing the black t-shirts leave a lot to be desired!
