ISTORE Clearwater Mall disgusting after sales service !!

I am very disappointed with the Apple products. I have always supported them, but I recently had a bad experience. Yesterday I purchased a Bluetooth headset from Clearwater Mall branch, Roodepoort. I was unhappy with the purchase and went back this afternoon to request a refund as per the sales invoice I had received. The managaress there was most unhelpful and refused . She said no refunds on headsets. I showed her my sales slip and said nowhere on my on thrnonvoice does it say anything about that. Oh no she said you must read the " terms and conditions. " I said to her they are not written there at all. She was most uncooperative. As a SA consumer I have a right to return a product within the specified time. Secondly as per SAconsumer act the onus is with the company i.e. ISTORE staff sales person to inform the customer of the so called terms and conditions. Which in my case did not happen, never once did the salesperson inform me of anything about terms and conditions. I won't buy Apple products ever again. They are overpriced and over rated. I know for a fact we the public, consumers are being taken for a ride inSouth African Especially with cell phones and computers. Theses same headphones on the UK cost less than 30£. Which a is almost a third of the price we are being forced to pay in this country . Stay away from ISTORE Clearwater
