ISTORE CLEARWATER IS A MASSIVE JOKE!

Istore clearwater is the biggest joke. Worst customer service I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I have been trying to get my contract sorted out and every single time I go back there WHICH IT'S BEEN FIVE TIMES ALREADY!!!! There is always an issue as to why they can't assist. One instance vodacom details were incorrect which wasn't their fault. They tell me they'll call but do they no? I go back after said details are corrected but get told oh sorry the coupon code won't be accepted yet I was approved. I was told I'd get a call back do you think I've gotten that call? Not at all no feed back no assistance. For an over-priced phone I'd expect someone to actually get back to me to let me know if the issue has been resolved. Get your ****ty service together honestly! I will be going to vodaworld for my phone as they probably know how to do their jobs better.
