Istore Clearwater is a joke

<div>I'm really disappointed with Istore Clearwater. I went to upgrade my Vodacom contract to an ipad pro yesterday. Other than the fact that I had to wait for 1 and half hour to get it sorted with only 1 consultant available doing contracts, the sales consultant misinformed me completely on multiple things. These consultants name was *****. Furthermore, she didn't explain the icare to me. She signed me up on a data only plan, after I asked her that i would need to be able to receive and make calls. And Core in Sandton today, the sales consultant explained to me that I wont be able to make calls on a data plan only. I'm confused. I'm ****ed off that I can only take icare on the day of purchasing my ipad. I would have paid the once off fee if I knew what it was. She just told me it's insurance. Not a warranty extension that allows me to pay an admin fee of R1000 to exchange it if it gets damaged. PS the nice consultant at Core informed of all of this, and he explained that she should have told me that ipad pro needs to be sealed. Just because you are busy doesn't mean you should neglect your service which is expected when you buy such an expensive product.&nbsp;</div>
