Istore Century City super hero

I have been trying to do an upgrade at the Istore since end of November started at VA received bad service there and from Telkom

I then went to Canal Walk Had the same problem with Telkom , my upgrade just didn’t wanna go through.

There is this amazing consultant James Mostert He called me snd kept me in the loop about the issues with telkom , I followed up on my end with Telkom also. He was so kind and patient with me.

I sweat this man was a miracle worker, his manager should be proud of him, he is truly what one expects when the word Customer Service or Customer Experience comes to mind.
