Istore Centurion idiot Staff!! yeah

Istore Centurion is a place to avoid. The staff is absolutely *********** and have no product knowledge whatsoever. Iphone 15 pro max giving an issue when plugging in the usb-c connector their firm answer is it cannot be fixed a new phone should be purchased…that is after the istore in Mall of frica said it could be quite a few things ranging from moisture in the port to software issues (which they were the correct advice by the way, just restored the phone and all is well. Thanks). In conclusion Istore Centurion is ridiculous and a place to avoid rather go to Maal of Africa Istore where there is very competent staff who would assit and give you the right advice. If we listened to istore Centurion it would hva put as R28000 back for a fix that took me all if 30 min on advice given from istore Mall of Africa!!
