They first claim because one of my iPhone was not bought from them they will bill me for restoring the device., even when I told them this is a insurance replacement device Then sent me an sms to come collect the device, the white technician always finds a reason to help any white person behind the cue. Nevertheless, I got helped only to be send to cashier who was given my device from the back, she put it in a bag after paying. Handed it to me without explaining what was done to the device. Guess what, nothing was done, the phone was not restored
