Istore Cavendish......the WORST

Service at the Cavendish store in Cape Town is TERRIBLE. First...they say they don't have stock of the product Then, they check and yes they do But, they can't help me now because they're closing in 30 minutes So, they request I come tomorrow I say, Ok cool, but surely I wouldn't need to wait in a queue again "Yes sir, you'll have to queue again", was the response. "We work on a first come first served basis" I would need to queue again tomorrow! Oh... I spoke to the manger too, but not before she sent out someone else to speak to me after I requested to speak to the MANAGER. Seems customer service isn't her strong point. So, it looks like the Istore Cavendish doesn't need my business. Fair enough!
