IStore Cavendish the worst

Went in to the cavendish iStore yesterday and bought a protector for my I watch and asked whether someone could put it on for me.. fine one guy said he would assist me in 5mins, 20mins later he applies the screen protector and it doesn’t even look like it’s sticking to the watch, I asked him if that is correct and he said yes he will just get rid of the bubbles underneath and it should be fine. I told him that does not look right, after wiping the “protector” with the little cloth he realises that the protector is not clearing but catching all the dust I could see the puzzled look on his face but he turned to me and said your all done. R200 what I waste I thought but left the store as I had to be somewhere after they already wasted my time. 30min later I got a notification and the protector that was supposed to be stuck to the watch is no longer there.. *** I told this guy that it doesn’t look right what he was doing so R200 DOWN THE FLIPPING DRAIN, THANKS a lot for the awesome service and flushing my money. You guys not only are *****ing from customers but have horrible customer service never with a smile or with any real assistance except for tech.
