Istore Cavendish not entertaining my refund for their mistake! What a ****py service they give us for their expensive products!

Very reliable devices with EXTREMELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought Noise Cancellation AirPods at Istore Cavendish in Cape Town and have paid the price for them. However, i was given wrong sets of AirPods that are not noise cancellation. I then informed their sales representative that i stay in Gauteng so can i exchange them this side, they said no thats not allowed they will instead refund me the difference of money for the none noise cancellation AirPods. Its been way over 21 days since im waiting for my refund and the managers at the store are not responding to my emails! I have been chatting with the sales representative who has alluded that there is nothing he can do as he has processed the refund from his side! Its frustrating to struggle for your hard earned cash especially when you have been understanding and the supplier is not even taking any steps to assist you! I regret my choices!
