Istore Card process is pathetic

You guys should really take a look at the bad reviews with regards to your Istore cards. I must be customer 1000 complaining about how bad the service is from this department. For a company that supposedly cares about the customer your customer service sucks. I have been contacting your card department who has only one generic reply ---"we will forward your request the relevant department" this sounds like the same reply you get from those phoney internet companies saying we have escalated this to our tech's pfft they don't even exist. For two days I have received the same email and when you try to call the call number with regards to the Istore card they can't even help you! Why even have this service if its absolutely pathetic and you can't even follow up on the customers and tell them what the process is once they have been pre approved. I am still waiting for your ********** to prove that they exist.
