Istore card frustration

<p>Really thought moving from Dell to Apple would be a good experience, but cannot get information re my istore card application on the 27th of July.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous phone calls and endless holding (yesterday was 17 mins from a cellphone) I have had enough.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no escalation route, requests via the contact me page gets no result, really not impressed with either of these mega brands.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps you should have partnered with FNB rather Apple...</p>
