<p>i app**** for the istore card already lastweek and sent through all the documentation last week Thursday. What is the reason for the delay? Appart from the way you speak to clients via email, this is taking way too long. You guys promise 48hours. Then the number you provided in case of emergency, goed through to STD bank and they cannot assist me as the only thing they can see is "Application still in process". They cannot access or speed up anything. So what is the purpose? I am really annoyed by the level of service you have provided me. If this is the way you do business you might as well cancel my credit card!!</p>
