Istore card

<p>Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for an istore card on 29/08/2016 and was approved, so I send all the documents to them that they asked for. on 30/08/2016 a lady called me to confirm all my detail and to exept the TC, se congradulated me and told me the the couriers will be in contact to deliver my card. yesterday the 01/09/2016 I calle in to see if I can get an update, so the told me I have to wait 2 weeks and then call them back. Can any one please tell me why? Or did I do somthing wong?</p> <p> </p> <p>My referance number is 7z-ghwa8</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
