Istore Canal Walk - pathetic service

I would not recommend going to Istore Canal Walk. Yesterday I went into the store wanting to open up a new phone contract. First of all none of the staff asked what type of contract (MTN, Telkom, Vodacom) I wanted to take out. Keenan Brandreth dealt with me and said he couldn't assist because he was currently busy with another customer and that the guy that could assist me with the cellphone contract was on lunch. So I waited and when the staff member that was on lunch returned he informed me that he could only do MTN contracts meanwhile I wanted a Telkom contract - no staff member took the time to find out what type of contract I was interested in. On top of this the entire time I was in the store waiting there was a Telkom rep that could assist me but the attitude of the staff members is that of not wanting to assist. I have previously bought numerous MacBooks from Istore. In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
