iStore Canal Walk Pathetic Service

iStore in Canal Walk has the most atrocious customer service I've ever experienced. It seems to be either really good or utterly pathetic depending on the day you go there. I previously experienced really good service from them, but today I stood in the middle of their store on a quiet Sunday morning (there were maybe 5 other people in the store at the time) and no one even acknowledged my presence. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to approach someone who had just come out of the back room and was standing near the pay counter. When I almost got close enough, she decided to turn around and go back into the back room, after looking at me approach.

I'm not sure what the hell you guys are teaching your staff, but if you think this is an acceptable level you are delusional. I love Apple products but your service is downright shocking and pathetic.
