Istore Canal Walk has been a horror show

It’s a premium store yet there isn’t premium service. I’ve gone in there twice (iStore Canal Walk), the first time, nobody approached me or assisted me in any way even though the shop was quite empty. The second time, I went in to ask for assistance and all I got was attitude. The final time I went in, was an emergency as I need to charge my phone and they offer those services, yet when I went to take my phone my the charger, all I received unwelcoming words and an attitude. I truly feel unwelcome here.
