Istore Canal Walk - Disgraceful service

<p>I went into the Apple Istore in Canal Walk yesterday to enquire about upgrading my contract, however, the advertised price of the item was not the same as the price they gave me in store. They refused to honor the deal, instead, they just disabled their website and told me that i must ready the terms and conditions. I must say it's disgraceful that a brand like this does not stand by their advertised prices. The staff in the shop are no help whatsoever, i can assure you that i will not go back there.</p> <p>Canal Walk istore service is disgraceful, don't use them, they are useless. The staff speak to you like you have no right to be in the shop. They are arrogant and rude.</p>
