iStore - Canal Walk (Cape Town)

I have an IPhone 12 which is supposed to be waterproof yet it was repaired for water damage .It was extremely costly and the inspection didn’t make sense as I had a software /network issue and upon inspection it was stated there is water damage and I never use my phone close to water .When I tried to explain my situation to the store manager of Istore Canal Walk in Century City Mr.Justin King ,in a very polite manner to gain clarity on the issue ,he refused to give me a chance to explain my situation and I felt very uncomfortable as he was very rude .When I called the Apple customer care services they mentioned that the phone may not have been sealed properly when it was given to me ,however they did not detect that upon inspection at the Istore .I went in with a software issue and was ended up being told that it was water damage .

I am indeed very disappointed with the very poor and unprofessional service that I received from this particular store .

It would be appreciated if this matter is followed up with because I would not like another customer to be treated in this manner .
