Istore canal walk

The service experienced at the istore in canal walk was ******* I went into the store to apply for a new contract for the the iPhone 13. Firstly it took me 30mins to get assistance from a staff member then I was told that there is a waiting period of 30min for vodacom contract applications which I didn’t mind waiting. But after waiting a total of two and a half hour without anyone coming to check up on me I left the store as they are not serious in making money I shall be taking my business elsewhere cause this is nonsense the staff has little to no training on customer service. I was also advised that they will contact me once they are ready to proceed with the contract but I am still waiting for the call.
