Istore Brookly's staff attitude freaking disgusting and annoying

I've been going to Store Menlyn to do all my gadgets shoppings and upgrades since 2017, today 2023-11-01 i decided to got Brooklyn Store, service i got there was appalling, disgusting and so damn unprofessional, as soon as i went into the store i noticed some bunch of sales assistants behind the counter chatting and laughing doing nothing absolutely ***ol, some busy on their gadgets like they are on a holiday of some sorts, agh man going up and down with their own little business, i took a video as proof of what i experianced in that store as proof of such kind of disgusting behaviour, people go to work to serve customers not be some kinds of models, for 30 minutes i wanited for a service that never materialised, till i had to shout for service, with their kind of attitudes the staff i got from Istore Brookly needs to change drastically, they aren't good for business at all, its like they where doing me a favour, i would rather go back to Menlyn where i know good quality service is guaranteed than some freaking idiots thinking they are doing me a favour
