IStore Brooklyn Mall- Bad service

Yesterday I bought a Mac Book air at the Brooklyn mall store and when I got home to open it I noticed it had a dent on the box that also dented the device. When I take it back to the store today the person that sold me the device which is apparently the manager by the name of Paul told me that they check the boxes before selling and funny enough the Mac Book was given to me inside a plastic and we never inspected it and according to my experience of buying at istore the box is supposed to inspected before the give it to me. So now he claims that when he check the footage from the cctv he says the dent is not visible. How in the world can you see a dent through a camera . Wow I’m really disappointed ☹️. All I ask is for the Mac Book to be exchanged
